About Actor : Annie Wood

When Annie Wood was only three years old she put her hands on the television set, over Carol Burnett's face, and declared, "I'm going to be on the TV!" Her wish was granted years later when in her late teens she was cast as the bikini clad comedic ex-girlfriend in the pilot episode of "The Rita Rudner Show." Following that, she appeared as Jessica Hahn opposite Kevin Spacey's, Jim Baker in the NBC movie of the week, "Fall From Grace." However, most recognize Annie as the energetic host of the nationally syndicated dating game show, "BZZZ!" (which she also co-produced.)

She was a guest on the "Tonight Show with Jay Leno" and on "Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher." Annie has guest starred in several TV shows and recurred as Teresa Campbell opposite Ted Danson on "Becker." Wood played the quirky, memorable role of Lara in the Dane Cook/Jessica Alba film, "Good Luck Chuck" and Cameron Diaz's sister-in-law in the tear-jerker, "My Sister's Keeper." Annie wrote, co-directed and stars as Karma in the web-series, "Karma's a Bitch." In addition to acting and writing, Annie Wood also enjoys keeping her creative passions flowing with photography, drawing and cooking. She lives in Los Angeles with her actor/writer husband, Peter and her talented rescue dog, The Lucy.
