Gong Ji-chul is a South Korean actor born in Busan, South Korea at 10 July 1979, who is known with his stage name Gong Yoo. Gong Yoo went to Kyung Hee University, and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Theater. Gong Yoo also known to be a versatile actor. Gong Yoo recently starred in the successful zombie movie "Train to Busan" directed by South Korean Director, Yeon Sang-Ho, that premiered at the Cannes Film Festival 2016 as part of the Out of Competition program. His next film The Age of Shadows will also be premiered at the Toronto Film Festival 2016. Gong Yoo revealed that he does not like to use social media. The reason is that he felt that social media makes people feel lonelier and for that Gong Yoo considered social media as "scary." In a recent interview Gong Yoo revealed that as an actor is he never happy with his performance. He said that as he grow older in the film industry, he become more critical towards his acting skills.
